CEC Investiture & PSGM Finale

Two words: Damn cool.

Mr Law was right -- it was seriously really grand and freaking nice. Fireworks indoors! First time. Woo!

The whole thing was fantastic -- but.... apparently there's some mess (lack of a better, non-vulgar term) up in the whole badge system thingy, I'm supposed to get a green badge for monitor but the one there is white. Argh. So confusing. Hopefully mine stays white - the green one looks seriously erm. bad. Bleh.

So anyway, most of the things were great, especially when we were walking in the super-enthu fellas like JF and Jt were like "BC!" etc. etc. etc. So it was interesting. And Mrs Chong was next to me. Haha. So nice and all. The CEC Council, well, would have been nice, but never mind. Going for prefect instead! (Thiviya, nice try. I'd really like to see your campaign having you put up posters of you just in your underwear. Seriously. I still don't believe you are that despo.)

Hahah.

Anyway the whole thing was so... erm... I dunno -- I don't have a term that describes stuff better than extraordinary. Hmm. Super-uber extraordinary. Good enough? Anyway the whole Investiture looked really great. Still wondering why the CEC Investiture was like a whole lot grander and BETTER than Prefects Investiture. Hmm. Weird. But still. This was cool.

So yeah. The whole thing was really great and according to plan I think. :)


PSGM Finale meanwhile...

Dhivian sir! Your tricks, some of them seemed like really fake! Where's the string?

Anyway the Finale was interesting. But we were like edging to ciao ASAP if not one very "kind" teacher of ours would kill us. Sigh. We were like - ok, let's like ciao at 3.45. And then it was like 3.50 and we were getting ready to leave already when there's this PSL at the door stopping us. Sigh. Anyway we were running like siao coz it was spar with HCI and it's like... yeah.

So that was fun. Another funny bit was they got some Sec 1s to lead in "Rippy the Gator" which is like a very duhh.. song. And JF and Kirby went up. And, in traditional funny fashion, he said "Moor rocks" into the microphone. 1C and 1E cheered like siao. plus the 1J-ians who were still listening at least. So it was so funny. Then after we did another song (can't remember liao), he decided to do "Moor we want moor!" etc. etc. Kirk joined us!!! So yeah. So fun. Then we led in cheering.

I remember us pulling our PSLs off our seats when they had to sing the Carrot Juice is muder thingy. Hahah. Nick Quah kena from debaters, NPCC ppl kena-ed from us too - Leonard and Clement too. Hahaha :) Such are the "joys" of being a PSL. Still gonna be a PSL anyway. Hahha. Hopefully if I become a Sec 4 PSL my batch won't be as enthu and hyper. Hahah.

That's all (I think) for tonight. I think of anything else I'll post tomorrow. Duh.
